Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities – a senior legal role in the General Counsel's Office focusing on continuous disclosure and public company matters for a global content and technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with Canadian, U.S. and global securities and stock exchange requirements, including oversight of filings (SEDI, Sedar, Edgar, TMX Linx, etc.).
• Draft and coordinate continuous disclosure filings as well as prospectuses and registration statements.
• Assist with planning and organization of annual shareholder meetings.
• Assist with earnings releases and other news releases; review investor communications, including presentations and other materials.
• Prepare board of directors and related committee materials; draft and revise corporate policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
