Eku Energy is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivatedSenior Counsel -Corporate & ComplianceCounselto support our rapidly growing global energy storage business.

This newly created role will be based inLondon, reporting to ourChief Legal Officer. It will involve working with colleagues across the businessandwithour co-investor representatives.Our newSenior Counsel -Corporate & ComplianceCounselis a generalist legal and compliance role,will havehavingresponsibility for our group-widelegalentity management;andcorporategovernance,;ourcorporatecontracting;anddevelopmentand strengtheningof our core compliance initiatives and controls.

We are looking for a positive, collaborative lawyer withapproximately5years’ PQE who bringsclear thinking and practical judgementto the role,enthusiastic todrive adoption ofLegal Operations design principles and best practiceswithinourexpandingestablishedLegal, Governance & Complianceteam. The su...
