Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to lead and support complex commercial negotiations and provide legal guidance across a wide range of business transactions. This role will partner closely with sales, procurement, product, and executive teams to structure, draft, and negotiate strategic agreements that drive business growth while managing risk.


Key Responsibilities:


+ Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, distribution, reseller, partnership, and professional services agreements.

+ Advise internal stakeholders on contract structure, risk allocation, regulatory implications, and dispute resolution.
