**Job Description**

As a member of the Space & Mission Systems Legal Department, located in Broomfield, Colorado, the selected individual will provide responsive, superb-quality support to the Space Systems business unit within BAE s Space & Mission Systems Space (SMS) business. We are looking for the right candidate to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced and growing environment supporting BAE Systems Inc. as it operates throughout the world.

These duties include, but are not limited to, providing legal opinions, interpretations, drafting of documents and other general legal assistance to all levels of Company personnel and management on legal issues affecting the Company, with a focus on customer contracts.
