Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Cost / Management Accounting role within a Manufacturing or Production environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CIMA qualified, near completion, or extensive relevant cost accounting experience
• Experience managing cost accounting functions across production or plant environments will be advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
• Proven ability to partner with operational and plant management teams
• Leadership experience or demonstrated readiness to lead a small finance team
• Ability to manage and develop assistant accountants and inventory controllers
• Willingness to travel regularly between production sites
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
