Maintaining statutory records, including but not limited to Register of Members, Register of Directors, Register of Secretaries and Managers, Register of Directors Interest and Shareholdings, Register of Substantial Shareholders and Minutes Book
Preparation and review of resolutions/statutory documents
Ensure all documents prepared comply with the requirements of the relevant authorities and Companies Act, Cap. 50
Ensure timely and accurate lodgment/submission of statutory documents to relevant authorities.
Supervise junior staff and assist the Manager with various client portfolio (Singapore and International Companies)
Advising clients on corporate secretarial issues
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
