Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support the commercial strategy, global operations, operational compliance, and delivery of Microsoft technical services, designed to ensure deployment, utilization, and diffusion of Microsoft technology. CE&S is a strategic commercial engine and technical services organization within Microsoft’s Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) organization.
