Job Summary

As we grow our legal team, we are looking for a senior corporate solicitor (8 years+ PQE) with a commercial and pragmatic approach who thrives on supporting a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. You will play a key role in negotiating complex supplier, partner, and customer contracts, advising on strategic initiatives, and managing legal risks.

What you will do

• Lead the negotiation of global agreements with customers, partners, and suppliers, working closely with US and Canadian legal teams. Ensure contracts are practical, commercially sound, and aligned with CDW’s risk tolerance.
• Manage two colleagues.
