Overview

We are seeking an experienced environmental attorney to be based in Singapore to support Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS provides cloud computing services and IT infrastructure to public and private clients around the globe, including on‑demand compute capacity, data storage, content delivery, browsers, and more. The successful candidate will join the AWS Legal Regulatory Risk Management & Compliance team focusing on environmental compliance and sustainable design of AWS’s global physical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel to Amazon’s data center business and compliance teams on a range of environmental, regulatory, and infrastructure development matters across Asia Pacific.
• Strategize regional compliance efforts and develop and improve compliance policies and programs.
