Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join its finance team in Hopkinton. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in corporate accounting, public company reporting, and the month-end close process.

The Senior Corporate Accountant will play a key role in supporting the general ledger, preparing financial statements, assisting with SEC and quarterly reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.


Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and support the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.

+ Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.

+ Assist with quarterly reporting requirements for a publicly traded company, including footnote support and disclosure preparation.
