Job Responsibilities:
Manages all coordination works for Civil, Structural, Architectural, and SWCs, and is responsible for managing project coordinators related to civil/structural, architectural, and E&M. Ensures all as-built drawings are duly submitted to the SO prior to submission of Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP).
Oversee coordination between all project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Develop, implement, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring the effective use of materials, equipment, and labor
Ensure that resources are available and used efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines
Coordinate and communicate with regulatory bodies, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
Job Requirements :
Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience...
