Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes or menus. Ensure food is presented professionally and consistently. Handle special dietary requirements or requests. 2.
Menu Planning & Development
Assist in planning new dishes or updating existing menus. Suggest improvements based on seasonal ingredients or customer feedback. Collaborate with Head Chef or Executive Chef in menu creation. 3.
Kitchen Supervision
Supervise junior cooks, kitchen assistance, and trainees. Delegate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Provide on-the-job training and mentoring. 4.
Quality Control & Standards
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are strictly followed. Perform quality checks on ingredients and final dishes. Monitor inventory freshness and storage practices. 5.
