Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily kitchen and food production operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate kitchen staff to maintain productivity and service standards.
- Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the menu and operational requirements.
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of food.
- Monitor and manage food inventory; assist with stock ordering when required.
- Assist in planning work schedules, manpower allocation, and operational improvements.
- Train and mentor junior staff on food preparation procedures, hygiene practices, and workplace standards.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company standards.
