The Senior Conveyancing Attorney is responsible for managing a portfolio of property transfers and related property transactions while leading a team of conveyancing paralegals and support staff The incumbent will play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and the growth of the firm's conveyancing practice
Minimum requirements:
LLB degree, and Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
Admitted Conveyancer and Notary
At least 5 years' post-admittance experience
Proven experience managing a team of conveyancing paralegals and administrative staff
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume conveyancing transactions
