The Senior Contracts Negotiator leads the preparation and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, primarily related to aftermarket services sales and procurement activities in the aviation sector, but may also be involved in a variety of other transactions. This role reports to the Director, Contracts, and serves as a technical specialist in contract drafting, negotiation, and transaction structuring, providing expert advice to internal stakeholders while ensuring alignment with corporate governance and business objectives.
