Position Overview
Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Quantity Surveying (QS) team by setting clear targets and driving performance to achieve project objectives. Oversee project P&L through effective contract administration and cost management to meet financial goals. Develop, implement, and monitor structured systems for QS operations, contract management, and cost control to improve efficiency. Analyze project costs, including inter-project and inter-company charges, to optimize budgeting and resource allocation. Manage contractual and cost-related matters by working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely resolution and settlement. Take full accountability for project cost management and contractual settlements while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
