We are presently seeking multiple highly skilled and detailed-oriented Senior Contracts Management Specialist to manage and oversee contracts/subcontracts across their lifecycle. In this role, you’ll ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a crucial part in driving successful contract execution while contributing to the continuous improvement of contract processes.

**Contract Management:**

+ Draft, review, and manage a variety of agreements (e.g. customer contracts, subcontracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Proprietary Information Agreements (PIAs)) throughout their lifecycle.
