We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Contracts to join a well‑established organization within the utilities/engineering sector. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in contract management, procurement, and engineering projects, particularly within EPC or infrastructure environments.

Arabic speakers are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle – from preparation, review, negotiation, to finalization
• Handle contracts related to engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), SLAs, and maintenance agreements
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
