Position Overview
Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad is looking for a dedicated individual to provide high-quality telephone servicing to customers. The role involves responding to calls, completing administrative tasks, and managing customer expectations. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree or relevant insurance qualifications along with strong communication skills in English and/or Mandarin and a minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute. Experience in the insurance or contact center environment is preferred.
