7–10 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or operational leadership roles
Demonstrated success delivering work in mid-market and owner-managed business environments
Proven ability to lead engagements independently and manage senior client stakeholders
Strong communication and executive presence, including the ability to simplify complex situations and drive decisions
Experience leading teams and directly coaching junior-to-mid level resources
Strong operational improvement capability: process redesign, cost efficiency, performance improvement, role clarity, accountability systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience across a range of enterprise and operational technologies including ERP systems, CRM platforms, workflow management tools, and reporting/analytics platforms
Experience supporting system implementation and operational enablement initiatives
