What you’ll do

As a Senior Consultant you’ll play a strategic role in addressing client’s critical priorities. You’ll manage and oversee workstreams, mentor junior staff, and apply your understanding of client’s engagement objectives within market and industry context to shape deliverables. As the client’s “go-to person,” you’ll ensure mutual understanding of the engagement approach, timeline and day-to-day activities. You’ll find new ways to help clients and contribute to Industry/Practice consulting communities.

What you’ll need

• A consistent track record of leading small teams of high‑performing strategy consultants that leverage technology to drive the mission‑critical priorities of clients
• Prior experience in a problem‑solving capacity across technical domains (for example Application Architecture and Roadmap, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud solution, SAP, ERP etc)
