Designs, customizes, configures and tests.
Identifies gaps, issues and workβaround solutions.
Analyzes assigned incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests of all Fujitsu AMS clients related to SAP PS Modules.
Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyzes and solves SAP problems.
