Job Title: Senior Consultant, Strategy Decision Support

Senior Consultant supporting UBC’s Strategy & Decision Support (SDS) unit, reporting to the Associate Director. The role manages and leads strategic initiatives and projects across SDS service offerings – business strategy development, strategic planning, financial health and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans: define objectives, scope, approach, budget, schedule, performance measures and interdependencies. Lead and facilitate stakeholder engagement, including client-facing meetings, interviews, focus groups and workshops. Conduct thorough multi‑source research, data verification and analytic synthesis to produce key insights and recommendations.
