Overview

Senior Consultant SAP for Utilities at Swisscom. This role focuses on delivering SAP S/4HANA Utilities solutions (billing, device management, market communication, contract accounting, energy data management, and customer service). We expect you to be an architect of digital transformation with strong customer focus and the ability to drive energy industry projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and implementation in the SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities solutions (billing, device management, market communication, contract accounting, EDM, and customer service).
• Analyze and design business processes in energy supply.
• Customize and technically implement customer requirements, including integration with adjacent modules such as FI-CA, CX/CRM, or EDM.
• Lead sub-projects for energy vendors.
