ProServe is a new retail science consulting organization we are launching within EU Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), designed to address the most pressing and complex issues held by the senior leadership of our largest vendors and brands. We start from the customer’s problem and work backwards to apply distinctive results that “only Amazon” can deliver, and develop science-driven capabilities that create differentiating insight. We serve our clients through the development of customer and retail strategies that enable their long-term growth via a combination of strategy consulting methodologies, data science, and decades of proprietary transaction data and eCommerce expertise.
