This is a fantastic opportunity to join our key client who require the services of a Senior ITSM Consultant.
You will be responsible for developing and owning the relationships with stakeholders and clients identifying Service Management opportunities to implement with your project team. You will utilise your experience of ITSM Service improvement to design and deliver ITIL best practice solutions.
