Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end UKG Pro implementation and configuration engagements across workforce management modules. You will act as a subject matter expert in Timekeeping, Attendance & Accruals, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling, ensuring solutions align with business, HR, and payroll requirements.You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal teams to design and implement workflows, rules, policies, and integrations, translate complex business needs into scalable UKG Pro solutions, and resolve advanced functional and technical issues.
