Senior – Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS)

Senior Member – Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Canada. Provide advisory on IFRS, ASPE, US GAAP, internal controls over financial reporting, and related process improvements for clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Help finance leaders address challenges and changes facing their business and manage the resulting impacts on the accounting and finance function.
• Partner with clients on acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, GAAP conversions, optimization/restructuring, accounting standards policy implementation and convergence.
• Remediate pre‑existing material weaknesses or significant deficiencies in the control framework and assist with the design and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Create innovative commercial insights for clients and drive improvements in business processes.
