Summary-Responsible for working on single large scale, multiple projects or a work stream of projects. The Business Analysis function plays a key role during the onset of a project or program by helping define scope and create requirements working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs. This role serves as a contact for IT during the design, development, and testing phase. Functional expertise is required.
SUMMARY-
Perform Business Analysis to support delivery of products within the Cash Services Change Portfolio, producing clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria that enable build, test and implementation.
Partner with the Product Owner to complete upfront analysis (process flows, requirements and assumptions) to inform operating model and application design, and support backlog management by drafting features, user stories and maintaining SDLC discipline.
