• Lead the design and implementation/delivery of AI solutions, AI Training, Adoption, or Assessments, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, adhering to IT Weapons and Industry best practices with a strong focus on generating measurable business value and positive ROI from all AI initiatives
• Consult on and build custom AI agents using both Microsoft and industry technologies
• Collaborate with customers to understand business processes to uncover opportunities for automation or improvements
