Duties & Responsibilities Primary Function: A Senior Construction Manager at OFP is responsible for implementing the planning and development of projects with an emphasis on establishing and maintaining project controls and completing projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Senior Construction Manager must have demonstrated skills in negotiating, coordinating and directing work of managers and supervisors, and in developing strong working relationships with managers, supervisors, installers, client contract’s managers and other related parties. This requires a thorough understanding of the individual timelines of each project, resource and material allocation.
