Position Description

As part of its expansion in Abu Dhabi Patriarche is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to build a local team and oversee large project execution.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution rigorously monitoring contractual commitments and optimally coordinating all stakeholders. As the owner of project execution you will apply construction consultancy principles ensuring quality control and interface management between the Client and the companies involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution Management: Overseeing work from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with architectural design and technical/regulatory requirements.
