Experience inspecting construction work activities, with demonstrated increasing responsibility, of the same or similar type as that of the project to which the Construction Inspector II is assigned. Main Duties

• Performs work of moderate to considerable difficulty.
• Performs field checks of all “red‑line” as‑built plans to assure completeness of the plans.
• Performs on‑site field compliance inspection, quality assurance and progress monitoring at various construction projects for conformance to specifications and codes.
• Performs development of payment applications.
• Ensures that all maintenance and new construction is completed in accordance with the contract, plans and specifications, approved shop drawings, approved material lists, and permit requirements. Communicates with an...
