Job Description

Leads Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) across park construction, projects, and operations, ensuring compliance and all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation. Provides expert technical guidance to Project Managers, Programme Managers, and contractors, and oversees governance processes to ensure safe and compliant project delivery. Represents UDX in fulfilling client duties, partnering with third parties to maintain high HS&E standards, including oversight of guest and Team Member safety across operational environments, with continued leadership, support, and oversight of HS&E programs following park opening. Acts as the in-house expert to drive global HS&E strategy, collaboration, and performance, while leading initiatives, standards, and operational expectations.
