As our Senior Construction Cost Manager EMEA, you will lead the development and governance of our end‑to‑end construction cost control frameworks across the region. You will define how we plan, track, and forecast budgets, commitments, and expenditures, ensuring full cost transparency and strong financial control throughout the project life cycle.

In this role, you will set the standards that enable competitive project delivery, create meaningful benchmarks, and support confident decision‑making at scale.
