Job Description
1. Investigation & Integrity Oversight
Conduct internal investigations related to integrity breaches, misconduct, or whistleblowing cases.Ensure all investigations follow SGS Investigation Policy and related guidelines: fair, fact-based, confidential, and independent.Prepare investigation reports with clear findings and recommendations.Support the Compliance Manager in handling complaints and integrity cases.Support Legal team on identifying potential risks, bribery by reviewing client's request or order from competent authorities. Localize, draft, review, and update, translate Group Policies issued by Group Compliance, guidelines, all kinds of compliance SOPs, Forms, compliance documentations in both Vietnam and English.
