Zego Insurance Limited (ZIL) is a Gibraltar-based motor insurer, authorised and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission. We provide underwriting capacity to our group MGA, Extracover Ltd, across personal and commercial motor lines in the UK. We’re growing our compliance function and looking for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn the craft of insurance compliance from the ground up.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Compliance & Regulatory, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for the hands‑on delivery of compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and policy maintenance across ZIL’s operations. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can operate independently, apply sound judgement across a broad regulatory landscape, and act as a trusted second pair of eyes on regulatory matters.
