Overview The Senior Compliance Manager will support the development and ongoing management of MPMS’ Regulatory Compliance Framework and the associated policy suite, including training. Additionally, the role holder will be a key member of the Group Line 2 global compliance function and support internal and external compliance reporting, as well as the compliance elements of the group’s governance, risk and compliance system, GRC.
This is a senior role, which will report directly to the Head of Framework, Policy and Group Compliance, and will be an important member of the Enterprise Risk Management team. The role holder will be expected to actively collaborate with colleagues in the Risk and Compliance function globally to ensure the consistent application and implementation of Compliance framework and policies.
