Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Consultant to support our global client in Funds / Asset management:
Responsibilities:
Act as senior regional compliance lead for APAC region, combining APAC coverage with global ownership of key topics (including conflicts of interest), and providing day‑to‑day advisory support to the business.Lead designated global compliance subject areas, setting standards, creating tools and supporting local compliance teams to ensure consistent implementation.Monitor and interpret APAC regulatory developments, assess impact on the business, and drive implementation of practical solutions in partnership with Legal and other control functions.Design and run targeted compliance risk assessments, monitoring and testing, enhance policies and procedures, and oversee investigations, remediation, regulatory reviews and structured reporting to senior management.
