- 4–7 years of compensation analysis and compensation program experience
- 2–4 years of position management and workforce planning experience.
- Experience supporting compensation programs in a corporate HR environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking.
- Knowledge of compensation surveys and survey providers.
- Understanding of compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
