• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of compensation analysis and compensation program experience
• 2–4 years of position management and workforce planning experience.
• Experience supporting compensation programs in a corporate HR environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking.
• Knowledge of compensation surveys and survey providers.
• Understanding of compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
