Position Overview
Responsibilities - Work on global and regional Total Rewards projects such as job grading, salary structure design, and compensation planning
- Support and manage salary benchmarking surveys across the region
- Advise HR and business teams on compensation policies and reward frameworks
- Review salary offers and compensation packages to ensure competitiveness and fairness
- Support bonus design, cost planning, and financial impact analysis
- Help standardize benefits, allowances, and insurance programs across countries
- Ensure consistent application of reward principles across the region while adapting to local needs
- Provide analysis and insights to support pay decisions and reward strategy
Requirements - 8–10 years of HR experience, ideally in Compensation & Benefits within a MNC
