Responsibilities
- Administer payroll, benefits, and other compensation programs accurately and timely.
- Work closely with Group C&B team to support the design, implementation, and review of salary structures, bonus programs, and incentive schemes.
- Plan, coordinate, and administer the annual salary and increment exercise in accordance with company policy and approved budget.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness for the Business Unit under the guidance from Group HR C&B team.
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders on compensation and benefits matters for Business Unit level.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
