Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits data in HR systems.
- Assist in payroll preparation, salary reviews, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee insurance, medical claims, and other benefit programs.
- Prepare compensation and benefits reports, analyses, and documentation.
- Support salary benchmarking and market survey activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
