**Position Summary**
In this role, you will lead and/or supports a variety of compensation initiatives and projects enterprise-wide, including compensation program design, the annual merit and incentive process, etc.

+ Leads and/or supports a variety of compensation initiativesand projects enterprise-wide, including compensation program design, the annual merit and incentive process, etc.
+ Fostersstrong partnerships and interaction with internal business partners. This includes but is not limited to addressing HRBP and leader questionsregarding compensationand providing timelyresolution of any issues that may arise.
+ Manages salary survey process, including participating and tracking submission deadlines and associated costs, processing payments, analyzing survey results to identify gaps and opportunities.
