**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced **_Senior Compensation Analyst_** to assist our compensation team in developing, implementing, and administering a comprehensive range of compensation programs. You will report to the Manager, Compensation, and work **on site three days per week in our Midtown Manhattan office.**
You will manage salary, bonus, and sales incentive plans, conduct job analysis, participate in compensation surveys, and provide recommendations on pay for both new hires and current employees.
As a subject matter expert, you must have an understanding of the evolving job market and the fluidity of job roles. Additionally, you will play an important role in year-end processes and will have direct interaction with senior-level executives. Strong data analytics and data integrity skills are necessary for success in this position.
