**Minimum Qualifications:**

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation or human resources with demonstrated knowledge ofcompensation concepts, systems, administration, and analysis.In-depth knowledge of compensation laws and regulations. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or other data analysis tools.
