Position Overview

Lead Advocacy Brand Manager - 12 months FTC, Consumer Products Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE

BUILD AND DRIVE THE LOVE ADVOCACY STRATEGY

  • Demonstrate strategic and creative thinking to drive engagements and mentions to hit our SOI targets
  • Identify and implement the brands seeding and relationships strategy to ensure we are driving mentions and engagements at scale, across the pyramid, from micro to VIP
  • Lead an eventing strategy that is ownable to L’Oreal Paris and drives SOI results
  • Lead on Mother brand strategy to drive key brand calendar moments (Cannes, IWD, Defile) to help drive brand equity

ACT AS THE BRAND GUARDIAN DRIVING BRAND LOVE, EQUITY & RELEVANCE

  • Oversee and sign-off all brand events and any external brand comms e.g. creative mailers and press releases to ensure consistent brand messaging
