Key Accountabilities:
* Provide expert internal and external communications advice supporting the CSMI program, helping them to promote their objectives, and manage change.
* Collaborate with the CSMI program to plan, develop and deliver an overarching communications and engagement approach, with an emphasis on leadership alignment, internally and externally.
* Develop communications material and content in a range of digital and non-digital formats.
* Work across divisions to ensure project-focussed communications align and integrate into WorkSafe's broader internal and external communications strategies.
* Identify and manage reputational issues, risks and opportunities, providing expert communications advice to leaders, the Communications division and across the business.
