We are excited to be working with a mission driven publishing house, who are looking for an accomplished publishing leader of fiction books to guide the vision and growth of a dynamic and mission driven list.
This role is full-time, permanent, and offers hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office, and will suit someone who brings strategic clarity, strong editorial judgement and a genuine commitment to publishing original and meaningful work.

As Senior Commissioning Editor / Publisher, you will shape the direction of the wonderful diverse fiction list, lead acquisitions and work closely with editorial, design, marketing and sales teams to ensure each book is positioned for success. You will develop relationships across the industry, champion new talent and help drive the organisation's long term ambitions.
