The Senior Commissioning Coordinator is responsible for leading the testing and commissioning of M&E works at site in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule. Liaise with design consultants and the commissioning agent on the design and commissioning intent. Understand all the essential code of practices and relevant authority requirements for submissions of documents and inspections. Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies. Able to manage and solve complex problems at site. Testing and commissioning (Cx) of M&E systems and services (i.e. Cx L1 to L5) Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission.
